its great, but your over using smudge just abit.. try to avoid smudge as best as you can, but alittle smudge isnt a sin

Hmm a gargoyle-ish creature as a warden would be interesting, which it looks like. Now just make the weapons undead-ish steel and you'll be set for making it look undead
