Dummy Unit - Trigger Enhanced Spell problem

Just posting one of my problems...

When I make a dummy unit and give him the Locust ability and use him in a Trigger Enhanced Spell, by the time the "Remove Unit" action is supposed to take place, it doesnt seem to work anymore. When I removed the locust ability on the unit, it worked. What should I do to let the locust ability remain but still be able to remove the unit?
