Hope someone help me transfer the glowing parts into the red circled parts of this model and also please remove the tube in the middle of the glowing parts it looks unsuitable.

I've already attach the building models and their texture.

How about in the first part where you said the glowing part should be moved to the position of the tube? Which glowing part are you referring, the glow from the crystal or the glow from the center?

Well it's okay.

Here it is with crystals transparent and glowing. Note that you can edit the Glow yourself to fit your desired glow with Magos Model Editor. Just go to Node Manager and you will see there CrystalGlow1, CrystalGlow2, ... CrystalGlow4. You can edit the size, color, etc.
