Dota warkeys

Hi guya i'd like to make a project: dota warkeys but i Really dont know how to start it, if someone have a basic code (doesnt matter if it'a the most basic) i would really appreciate it.

With "basic code" i mean source code

Haven't really used Warkeys, but doesn't it already work for Wc3/Dota..?

Also, you won't find the source code here unless you ask the developers of warkeys.

There are someones which doesn't work with DotA or the platform that I use for play that's the my reason for make ones.

Btw where can I find some warkey developer?
