DotA Gambler's icon

I shall be very grateful if you find me an original icon of an old DotA hero Gambler's ability, named
Lucky Stars.
Gambler existed at least from 6.00 to 6.06 but I have no access to WC3 for now.

So, I found out that this "Gambler" was a DotA 1 hero who didn't made it. He goes by the name Maverick and uses Medivh's model. Only knew about it now.
Anyway so here is a link to that skill. And if you need help turning it into the icon just tell me.

Yes, it should be of quality on par with other game icons.
There are low quality screenshots on the net but I would rather not use any of them.

I would like to have a 64x64 button icon because I shall have no access to PC in the nearest future.

Sorry, but that is the only one I can find, no other clear ones, no other size like that, maybe you could ask someone who is a master icon maker, like two I know.

Can you resize the icon to 64x64? I cannot on Motorola. So I don't even see what quality the icon is.

I'll send you the processed icon, it is still blurry, so if I were you I would really ask an icon pro if you need a bright one

Look, I've got the 6.00 map, it's below. Can you extract the icon from that and make it jpg or better png?

I'm sorry, I think the only way to get a clear BIG image is by recreation. DotA maps cannot be opened in the world editor. Atleast on mine
