Dota 1 takeover?

There isnt any updates yet, it's been months.. Perhaps anybody in the Hive community might want to take over.. Or make somewhat like a fan made map..
Remake it from scratch.. With a decent AI(simulate a human-like gameplay)..

You are talking about the AI map, right? Else the post would make no sense..
You should better mention that at the start of the post or in the thread title.

Making a good AI for more than 100 heroes is very difficult/work intensive.
