It's quite hard to believe you've made the terrain yourself judging from the file name (4)LostTemple.w3x. Also the description doesn't even make sense. Either way I do not believe this map will be approved anytime soon.

Don't you ever get tired of constantly saying rejection. I mean, there's so many terrible rejection worthy maps nowadays that it must get tiring after a while to constantly say rejection over and over. I quit doing that after a bit, but kudos to you for still doing this.

This map will be rejected because this is blizzard's terran and you didn't give them credit. My vote: rejection.

This map was never created by blizzard. It was a customer submission in the competition they arranged before.

they released this in TFT as far as I know someone revamped the whole thing into Icecrown Glacier.

My Review on Dominion Place
Um, there is a few things I'd like to say about this. I played the Aliens (Undead).
All you did to them was you changed the models of all of the units and buildings and lowered their hit points and attack.
The Heroes were all the same, except their stats were all set to 1. Because of this, I was unable to cast any spells at level 1.
Almost every building looked like a Forgotten One. I couldn't tell which building was which.
(If you have no other models to use, at least make each building colored differently.)
There were a lot tooltips that were unchanged like the Cannibalize research and all of the unit damage and armor upgrades.
The file name is (4)LostTemple.w3x.
Nice custom icons. 
If only I could say that about the models you have on the map.
You actually changed some things in the Game Interface like the Hero attributes.
(Seems strange that you did that, since changing the Game Interface was unnecessary, but you didn't change a lot of the tooltips that really needed to changed.)
