Doing advanced stuff with threads. HELP

It's hard to explain what I want to do. I want to do stuff like in this link - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/f269/why-isnt-working-cant-make-more-accurate-tittle-91060/.
Can I add the little 'Spoiler Show' stuff like on TheHelper - [Spell] Pudge Wars Meat Hook - The Helper Forums.
Idk how to do this and it would help my threads. Can anybody help? Am I an idiot? Are there tutorials posted by moderators on how to do that here? If there are, tell me where they are!

If you scroll to the bottom of the page, the "BB code" link lists all the tags, how to use them, and so on.

In this case, you want [hidden=TITLE]text[/hidden].

Result:

TITLE

text
