[Trigger] Do variables with array's leak?

You ought to null arrays, yes. You could do it with loops:

  • For each integer (Integer A) from 1 to IntegerM, do (Actions)
    • Loop - Actions
      • Custom script: call RemoveLocation (udg_point[bj_forLoopAIndex])
      • Custom script: set udg_point[bj_forLoopAIndex] = null
I guess that would do it =P

And about timers, global timer variables wouldn't leak, once they will always be the same (you won't create a new one whenever you start it)
