Dispel on Attack: False (dispelled on attack..) bug?

Hey

I wanted to create a spell that "Regenerates the hit points and mana of the Hero and nearby friendly units over time." but it shouldn't be dispelled when the affected unit is attacked..

Obviously i edited the field "Data - Dispel on Attack" to "False".
But the effect is still dispelled on attack regardless..

I based the ability on "Generic Item-Rejuv Effect"

Is this a bug? Do i have to use another ability? Do i have to trigger the desired effect?

Oh and I'm already using the ability rejuvenation, cast by another unit, but still since buffs can't overlap, i would prefer to use this (item ability) as a base ability.. or maybe just the buffs? could that be the solution?

if it's supposed to regenerate more units around the caster then maybe you should base it of roar.

Normal rejuvenation isn't removed when attacked, just make a custom buff to go with it.
