Disconnect problem. Need help!!!

Hello guys. I have a huge problem and I would like someone to help me out. So here it is:

1.I have a map, on which I am working for 7 months already.(You can d/w it in my sig)
2.Since 1 month I have been playing online using Game Ranger.
3.Before that I have played with 2 friends using Garena.
4.Since I use Game Ranger, it keeps disconnecting me on pretty much the same place. (pretty deep in the map)
5.Since I started playing with Game Ranger I haven't played with my friends in Garena, so I can't be sure if it's 100% Game Ranger's problem.
6.It's not only me. One dude reported the same problem.

So what is the problem?
-Is it Game Ranger?
-Is it my map?
-Something else?

I will give you reputation / credits w/e you want. Please help me out! <3

You should first check out on garena. If you want to, I can test that map for you using garena. Your map can't be a problem if it disconects. There is no reason for a specific map to disconect. Using specific programes for specific maps might be a problem.

Tell me when you are ready to test it with garena

I got a problem with this too. I think the problem is the MAP PROTECTOR itself and/or the CONNECTION

The map protection only causes this problem: Not being able to see the map.
As for you my friend, I think it's in a trigger within your map. Scan your triggers associated with that part of the map, And maybe you can find something wrong.

Check if it disconnects on normal battlenet. These third party services are not to be relied on and may be causing the problems.
