[Import] DISBTN icon only shows up as a blank icon when pausing the game

I imported the icon DISBTNOrcBowMan.dds with the path:ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNOrcBowMan.dds, when I tested the disabled icon as the main icon on the editor it displays how disabled icons are usually displayed but when I tested it in-game (using the normal icon) it just ends up like this:
