Disabling Option To Share Control With Allies

Does anybody know how to disable the box when you press f11 that allows you to share control with allies?

You do know that there's a search button on the forum, right?

Or that there's a tab in the editor called "Ally Settings" or some such that allows you to do this?

How does everyone not know such basic stuff?

I am aware of this menu, but I still do not see any way of disabling the ability to give allies control of your units.

Scenerio -> Player Properties -> Forces Tab
Then Tick Custom Forces and Fixed Player Settings
