A nice comprehensive pack of murloc variation. Nice animations and excellent use of textures. Great job.
So just to be clear, the Deepsea, Coastal, Inland, and Northrend Murlocs are all essentially the same (minus the minor mesh differences/additions, and the palette swaps)? I'm not asking to belittle your work (which was tremendous), but rather to save myself time commenting & checking all of them.

Pretty cool stuff overall. I'm rustled by the proportions & stance of these weirdly humanoid Murlocs; compared to standard Murlocs I don't know that they'd fit quite well. But in the game itself, due to their textures & animations, everything's fine, great even. You've included Swimming animations & spell/attack animations for everything, which is great. The worker is a nice touch as well; every race needs one.

Each 'tribe' has a different 'gimmick'. Northrend Murlocs use tools and weapons made of ice, Deepsea Murlocs have frills, webbed feet and tails to increase mobility underwater, Coastal Murlocs wear shark/whalehide while hunting along near the surface, and Inland Murlocs, who either have no need or no access to any of those things, have no adornments.

They're essentially VUs of the ingame murlocs, not the WoW murlocs. I've included every single color variation simply because I know someone would make excellent use of them.

OK, good, I was right. I would highly suggest putting this description up on each upload; would really help people understand exactly what you were planning & help them use it.

("VU"?)

Deepsea Murlocs have frills, webbed feet and tails to increase mobility underwater,

Deepsea Murlocs also have a "Flashlight"-Antenna on top of their head. They life deep in the Sea, where the light of the sun doesn't reach that far. Therefore it is almost completely dark there.

Think of these for example.

Here's also a gamepedia page about the Deepsea Murlocs. By the looks of it. They seem to be blind.
