Difficult Infrastructure Sytem

Hello,

I need help making a system that uses a network of buildings.
The clue is that you have one main building, that you build next to a street or a building and every building that touches the street or your main building supplies you with a certain ressource. This system is supposed to be implemented in a turnbased game for multiple players. Hence the players should share the farms.

A screenshot is attached. The boxes are the streets. Players are free to set their main building where they want.

Currently I have no clue how I should do this. Help would be appreciated much!
