Dialog Button Press; Detect Right-Click

How do I detect if a dialog button has been right-clicked? I want to make it so that if you left-click an item in my inventory, you use/equip it, and if you right-click it then it is dropped at your feet. Note that my inventory is not like the one provided by Blizzard, it just uses dialog buttons.

Not sure if it is possible. A hacky approach could be done using points on the real map that get converted into UI points and then resolved as buttons.

For now I use a toggle to change the left-click behaviour.

e.g. hit W and it toggles on equip/use behaviour, hit W again to go back to drop behaviour.
