Diablo 2 uses 2d sprites, not models. You can’t rip a model from D2 because there are no models to rip. Do you mean D3? (Not sure if Blood Raven is in it just asking for completeness.)

If you want Blood Raven in particular you're better off looking into the Sylvanas skin from Heroes of the Storm.

Diablo 3 uses actual models. Diablo 2 uses sprites. You can’t convert a sprite to a model
