Can't delete listfile because its an internal file reforged

So is there a way to delete the listfile now? (using Ladik mpq)

Im using a save/load system , and some people to cheat the system save/load stats are opening the warmap.j and editing it to cheat the stats. (i need to hide or somehow restrict people from gaining acces to this file)
Deleting the listfile wont stop people from accessing the war3map.j
For one i could always provide my own listfile with just war3map.j in it or just extract war3map.j w/o even using a listfile. A listfile is not mandatory for a wc3 map to work, it's just a convinience to provide the names of the files inside the mpq, because you look up files in the mpq by hash(<name>) instead of name directly. But a map always has to have a war3map.j (or war3map.lua these days) i can always just extract that file.
