decrypt a jar file

I have a messy jar file that wasted a lot of my time to decompile it before I know that it is encrypted. can anyone help me to know what type of encryption does this file have?

Is it even encrypted? I could see contents inside it using 7zip. In any case this is not really an appropriate place to ask this sort of question as this is a Warcraft III support site.

You may try this. Link. but decrypting any programs are illegal in my opinion. Should respect the developer. If you need any code from them, try to ask them for help.
