Ummmm its your first model so it's O.K. but it definately needs some work. If you maybe do some work it will look better. Maybe add a face or claws or something!! good luck!

Well, that certainly was positive...
I think it would be better for the skin section, but yes, maybe some claws, oh wings would look uber awesome on him or horns! Wings and horns!
Maybe add more design yes to the robes and more color + a face would be nice. Maybe just use the regular face and make the eyes be on fire. Just my idea(s).

Looks like alot of CnPs, but then again, I dont recognize most CnPs. Though I think First Models are used as an excuse, I think its acceptable. I know im not a modeler, but if you ever get experience with particles, make shadowy flames emitting from the things called his hands. 6/10

If you want to edit the model physically, I suggest the Milkshape 3D program. You'll have to get used to it at first, but after a day or two, you'll figure it out. The robe needs more of a design and looks like it is starparticle.blp

Maybe leave his face complete black so as to occlude it completely from vision?
And I hope the white spots don't show up in-game for if they do then that'll need to be fixed. Try completing his arms to, maybe give him some hands or, as others have suggested, claws and perhaps a weapon like a scythe or a sword?
