By Wasteland, you mean something Barrens insipred, or more like after-atom-bomb Wasteland? Could you provide any pictures by any chance?

Oh, and what about imports? I would prefer usng the UTM atleast

Hmh, quite hard theme anyway.
Wasteland is hard to make cuz there aren't many models for it.
And it has to be kinda death, and then it'll probably look a 'lil boring.

Anyway, I dunno how about the hosting of it.
You could discuss about what kind of models are allowed, and which aren't.
You could set up a Doodad limit, like that.
You can do plenty of things before it gets approved.
