Czar Dragon/Zombone from Mario RPG. Zombone is the second form of Czar Dragon, that's why these are lumped together as one submission.

Unfortunately neither of these come with walk animations, but their stand animations mostly suffice for walking, especially Zombone, as they generally move by floating.

Original model taken from Super Mario RPG Remake by Nintendo/Square Enix.
Model ripped from source by Boxy.
Conversion to Warcraft 3 and animation tweaks by Warlord.
