Custom Race Town Hall

So I've recently gotten back into WE after not touching it for a few years. I shook off the rust pretty well, but there's one issue that I cannot for the life of me figure out.

I made a custom race, and based its town hall off of the Orc's Great Hall. I added it to the tier 1 equivalents under game constants, but I still get a message at the beginning of the game that says you will be revealed unless you build a town hall, even though you begin the game with the one I created.

Anybody have any experience with/know the suggestion to this problem?

You have classified unit as town hall?

hmm, I'll have to check that map out.
And yes I'm sure it's classified as a town hall, i actually based the building off of the great hall, and I didn't change the setting.
