Custom model contains no BLP file, how do i get it?

I downloaded this custom tree

But there is only a single MDX file in the download. Model works perfectly in-game but i mainly downloaded it to reuse the BLP texture. How do i extract it?

im trying to make a black man (i kno it sucks0 but it my first skin. I have edited the flat skin, but how do i make that flat skin be used for the texture/skin of a model. Im using Gimp, Wc3 Viewer (for converting) and the model editor from this site.

My guesses are that it is either using a standard BLP texture file included with Warcraft III or that it has the mesh/material configured in a special way to achieve that effect.

DSG is right, the model uses the default in-game texture. My guess is that this model uses a colored geoset animation with an alpha channel.
