Custom DBZ and Naruto Blend Interface

I'm looking for someone to create for me a nice looking custom interface that is a mixture of both DBZ and Naruto. Show me what you can come up with and I'll tell you what I think of it.

Note just a better area to request since hive really isn't that nice to anime type stuff google "Wc3 unlimited". That is a good website also their are more but that is probably your best bet.
