Custom Ability system

Hello. There is a way to make a hero without abilities learn new ones? I'va already tryed with the learn skill actions but the ability is only lvl1 and the hero cant upgrade it. I'm searching for system like the custom hero footies

You can 'upgrade' it using the Set level of ability action in the trigger editor.
However, you cannot directly upgrade the hero abilities with the hero, as far as I know, you will have to workaround it with for example spell books or an upgrading dummy.

Engineering upgrade does the trick. I'm sure there's tutorials here that show you how to add Hero abilities (learnable and levelable) using engineering and a few triggers. I'm on my phone and can't link them.

Please note that you can also use the Spell Book to imitate the Hero skill points system. However this might require some trigger editor knowledge to make it work properly.
