This bundle is marked as substandard. It may contain bugs, not perform optimally or otherwise be in violation of the submission rules.

Call to Arms is an altered melee mod. It changes the Human race in a whole different military race which is similar to the ones seen in our time nowadays. It is very strategic and contains a working AI for easy, medium and hard. I've put a lot of time in this mod, so please leave a comment so I can update and expand it more. This map is unprotected. If you edit this map you must give me credit (and of course the ones who I gave credit to if you use they're models/skins) and the map must stay unprotected.

What to expect for future updates;
*More passive hero abilities for Generals.
*More Augmentations.
*More abilities for units and structures.
*Maybe I'll change the other races to something similar as the Humans are now but with tiny changes, like how they get resources and unit and building upgrades.

Things I want to change but I need your help with it;
*More reduced mapsize.
*Balances (and bug fixes if they're any bugs).

    V2.3
    *Decreased the filesize by squishing some models.
    Older Updates

    *Fixed a bug with promotion and items.
    *There's a chance that unit increase in rank when they kill other units (veterancy).
    *There's a chance that when an unit is killed, a promotion crate is spawned somewhere on the map. It gives the unit who grabs it the same benefits as unit who have increased in rank (+% to attack rate and movement speed).
    *Storages Places cost more gold, no lumber, increase your food supply more and can be upgrades to let it attack nearby air and ground units and to increase it's hit points.
    *Mew ability for Black Hawk; Illuminate.
    *Balances (Pillowbox more expensive and has increased attack range, Laborer moves a bit slower and Volcanic Coating requires you to have a Headquarters).
    *+ some other small changes.
    *Added way more hotkeys. Now, almost every unit and every building has a hotkey.
    *Vulturecraft has less hit points but attack much faster.
    *New model for Raider to make it suite more to other models of the race.
    *More icons placed correctly in UI.
    *Some balances (M-133B has a smaller area of healing, apache is a bit stronger now, Bombardment deals more damage and mines deal a bit more damage).
    *3 passive hero skills for the Generals.
    *More new icons.
    *Power Generator fixed when captured.
    *New neutral building; Power Generator. Capture it to gain a sigificent amount to your supply.
    *Iron ore can now be mined and you'll gain gold and lumber from it instead of only gold.
    *See the "Tips" at the quest log for more information.
    *Cyborg units' repair costs fixed.
    *New unit: Laborer.
    -The Laborer can mine Iron Ore and return it back to a structure. The owner of that gets additional gold.
    *Some other map changes.
    *Implement Cyborg Parts has been made much better.
    *A few new icons.
    *New ability at to transform a friendly unit into a Cyborg at the cost of gold, giving the unit several bonusses like damage and movement speed.
    *Some bugs fixed and gameplay fixes.
    *New passive ability for Berserker and required upgrade.
    *Some balances and changes for towers.
    *Some tooltip fixes and some hotkeys added.
    *A few new icons for upgrades and abilities.
    *Plant Forest works properly now.
    *Generals have 25% more hit points.
    *Some other small gameplay changes.
    *Plant forest ability looks alot better now.
    *Augmentations are 25% cheaper and when bought by an unit you'll recieve 50% gold back (so you pay 150 gold and you get 75 gold= Price is 75.
    *+3 new augmentations.
    *Some gameplay enhancements.
    *All organic units now can have 1 augmentation
    and General can have up to 3 augmentations.
    *Added a new kind of market-system, buy gold in exchange
    for lumber and the reverse.
    *You can plant trees now at the cost of gold.

    Great map 5/5 but one thing that would be good to change: food i dont really see the point of food it limits your army building and u cant get many people and each person has the same amount of soldiers which isnt too good. food would be ok if there was unlimited but you cant get unlimited in WC3 sooo yeah
    i think maps that dont have food are ok but maps like these with no food are AWESOME so yah ^^ lol

    Thanks for the comment :). I've an idea. I can just remove to food costs from units and turn storage places (orginal; farms) into towers or into something like that. In that way, the AI will still work properly.

    Bad Terrain, BAd resource distribution, bad creep placing(none), bad melee map in general.

    , don't bother reviewing this map, or even playing, it's bad and old. I didn't even know that this map is still on this site, thought I removed it.
