[Need Info] Critical Strike Ability

I read that there was an update with the data editor so that critical strike was possible without using triggers.

Could anyone point me in the right direction? I'm looking to make a passive ability with 10ish levels that just has a chance to do critical damage each attack (basically critical strike from WC3).
