Creep above level 5

I'm found something interesting about creep above level 5 it duration like heroes when casted by debuff example:ensnare. But if you change the race stats to 'Other' for example, it treated like regular player unit example it can be casted by charm even it level 5 or higher.

Do it Race :Creep stats equal to Resistant skin??
