Hero can't go above level 5

I have a problem, i made my custom data on heroes and none of those heroes can't go above level 5
here's an example
that language is czech language btw

unfortunately yes and idk where i made mystake
just look at the pic that i posted that bar stays black and on level 5 even tho heroes in that map can go to level 50 max

I am guessing the only source of experience for the hero is killing creeps? The default creep experience rate table goes to 0 at level 5. One can modify the table in gameplay constants by deleting all entries from it expect a single entry of 100% so that full experience is always gained from killing creeps.
