creating spells

hi i would like to know how to create some good spells like the ones you can download on this site. there are these "pictures" of the triggers but i dont really understand it. i do know how to use triggers but only in quite simple ways.
can someone maybe explain this spell?

Begin with something really simple.
This is a good way to begin.
Also check GUI Tutorials.
And you can always ask the creator of that spell for help.
