Create item for hero and give it to specific slot

How to make if i want to create item for hero and i want to have it in specific slot, not in the first free slot, but in slot which i want.

You .... have the trigger place the item in the slot you want?

I don't know how you can miss the trigger. It's there and there are only so many item triggers.
