Create an item with both an active spell and passive abilities

when i add a spell (lets say item silence) and some passive abilities to my item the cooldown spin-around-thing doesnt show up when i have cast the spell, the passive abilities work though.

problem:

need spin-around-thing

Item, Cooldow Group or something. Put your activate ability here.

yea i tried that, havent tried with another cooldown group spell though

Can you please be more specific at what your trying to achieve and post the map (or at least the item to show what you have done so far?)
