I am seeking some pro to do an AI system like the one in "Dota AI" for my hero arena map. I am willing to pay for a great AI system, really clever bots; buying stuff using items/skills and intelligent strategies etc.

I also recall someone written an AI system in the past for AOS and published it, but cannot recall whom.
