Hello can i request or help me how to create better AI system which can buy items, retreating when hp is low, can select random hero from before the game begin, uses skill item like teleport, and chase low hp enemy

Creating a good AI is rather complex and advanced tbh there's not a single good AI existing. (at least not for pvp maps with bots to replace players) But I will just point you in the right direction, there's another tutorial that I know exist but I was unable to find.
