Create a window in the map

Its could be possible create a window but replace the form to shop the items in dota. JUst click in a pj and open a window where you pick and click items.
NO the items separate in many pjs like dota. Just a one window where you pick a items with one click o fusion all items with a one click. In the windows many items for more fast shop items and fast game. Could be possible?
