Could someone help me edit an icon?

In the files section there's an icon called Pirate by Pin or something like that. I'm using that in my map and it's great but there's one problem: it doesn't have a disabled version or something because when the hero dies the icon in the upper left goes blank. Could someone make a disabled version for me? Thanks.

You can just request the iconer of the icon to do a disabled version.
