Cooldown won't show

It has happened when an item in my map won't show cooldown, then I change something and it shows again. This time everything that has cooldown won't show it, it stays a still image when clicked. Why does this happen, does it happen to everyone or only me, how can I fix it?

Please help.

If only one item is in the wrong cooldown group, will all other items and spell be affected too? Because neither items or ability's show cd.
