Convert from .rar

I'ma wondering how you do this. I've found some nice downaloads from other sites, but they're downloaded as a .rar
Is there anyway to convert them to a .mdx and .blp format?

These are files that need to be extracted, like zip files. Get Winrar to extract them.

Ok, found it, But it says that its a "trial issue" and that I have to buy it! WTF!

Yeah, but I've been using the 30 day trial version for the past 2 years and it still hasn't run out, just gives me an annoying popup each time it's opened which I can close easy

I think ALZIP can read RAR files: http://www.altools.net/ALTools/ALZip/tabid/53/Default.aspx

It doesn't even have the trial. You just have to buy a commercial license, but if it is for personal use, it is free.
