Basically you assume they spam? Post count matters little, I likely have at least 1k extra posts if off-topic counted, others would have way more. Posting a lot just indicates that one is highly active, for good or worse.

Anyway I believe the topic of the thread has been dealt with?

I assume they browse every section of hive and make a comment on each one. i think that means being active (as you said) more than spam (as you guessed).
