Conflict between objects tooltips and Cinematic filters

I expose you my problem.

I am creating a surival horror map, and working on a metal health system for it.

So more your character becomes crazy, more the vision becomes epileptic.
I manage this with Cinematic filters and black masks.

My problem now is that when the filters are applied, the tooltips (for characteristics like armor, attacks, objects, etc.) don't appear anymore...

Do someone have an idea how to fix it ?
Or even an idea how to manage a disturbed vision by using an other tool than Cinematic filters ?
