I've read through the Data Tutorials in the submission forum but still don't really feel that great with the Editor.
Pretty much the whole linking structure is very confusing for someone used to Warcraft 3. I am mainly stuck on the whole unit vs. actor vs. model and ability vs. behavior relationship as well as a very basic problem:
how do I make a unit from scratch and link data to it (actor / behavior etc) without copying another unit?
