Complexity
A buff-based missile map
Mastered the conjuring and creation of magical missiles, they are ready to fight: Fire, Ice, Blood, Fog and Corruption their are called,
the dreaded elements. Those being used wisely may arrange a horrible destruction...
It is a kind of easy to learn Gameplay:
Choose a hero, learn 2 different skills and fight.
There are 2 types of missiles: An elite-spell and normal missiles.
The elite-spell is a special missile with special abilitys and effects. It causes damage and leaves behind a buff that is typical for the used missile On contact or impact in the target area.
Now it´s the normal missiles´turn:
Those normal missiles have a dice such as every Warcraft Unit, but they can additionally influence the buffs of a unit.And this is how it works:
If a unit burns and is hit by a frost missile, the burn buff will be removed. If that was an Frost Elite Spell, the unit will have its burn buff removed and will be frozen and the other way around with fire hitting a frozen unit. Therefore elements influence each other.
Normal missiles were made to support the elite spells and can be cast on allies, too.
For example if an enemy unit burns and you hit it with a normal fire missile, the burn buff duration is increased, if it is frozen the freeze buff will be removed.
From this it follows that you can improve your teamplay by dispelling negative buffs from your allies.
Fire:
Fire deals damage over time and reduces armor by 1.
Ice:
Ice freezes the target unit and makes it unable to move or attack.
Blood:
Blood deals heavy damage over time and slows the movement speed of the target.
Fog:
Fog confuses the target so much that it misses all its normal missiles while fogged.
Corruption:
Corruption heavily reduces the target´s armor by 6 for a long duration.
These buffs have to be removable even without counter-missile-usage so there is a special anti-mixture-item for every buff. You can see them here:
Coke:
Removes a burn buff.
Melt Essence:
Removes a freeze buff.
Plaster:
Removes a bleed buff.
Protection Goggles:
Removes a fog buff.
Essence of Virginity:
Removes a corruption buff.
Warper:
Teleports the hero and all his allied units around him to the target location.
Protector:
Activates a shield which absorbs up to 200 damage for a maximum of 10 seconds.
The missiles and items can be bought at the traders that are positioned at every team´s starting location.
Fireball Elite Spell will impact soon.
Chainnova Elite Spell shortly after cast. It will automatically search a new enemy in the AoE after impact.
Twisting Axes Elite Spell shortly after cast. They will cause all units hit to bleed.
