DonDustin: I'm sorry, but this model is just bad. I can't even tell you what to improve, because it begins with the concept. Try to thonk about something that would make sense, that would look good, that would really be worth to be imported into a map. Thi model certainly isn't.

it has no use, doesn't function properly and is over 700 KB
why would you submit it in the section for functioning models?

i don't know about messy. when it was rejected there wasn't about it. only animation and doesn't work
