An advanced variant of the Night Elf Warden.
Chief Wardens are the Republic's judges, juries and even executioners. They have their own laws when it comes to battle. They can also teleport up to 24 troops into the fray as well.
Arabella Saul was among the notable Chief Wardens, though she's Blood Elf, she is a valuable ally to General Gaius Visceral.
Change the armor type to metal, race from Night Elf to Human and added some doodads (Sunwell blades, Maiev's crescent and a crystal shard) at the back to make her more intimidating.
Change Log on 08/17/20: Shield and Sunwell blades removed and replaced with Elemental's bracelets, Avatar glaive and improved version.

Yes exactly (so it is a human symbol after all
). Maybe from a lore perspective a nightelf symbol would be better than the Lordaeron one?

How about adding Naisha with hero glow? that'll be perfect with more Watcher units
