I want to go directly to the subject in order not to waste your time.

How to select a character by double clicking, and how can I send the selected character to where I specified after selection?

And finally, how can I include the -repick command?

-Repick can varies but if its Hero Tavern you can just make the cost of each hero to be specific gold (example : 100) or set a boolean variable and when a player types -repick just remove the hero and refund the gold and change the boolean

For the selection, I think a Unit check can be used for validation? I mean, on first select attach the unit to a variable and if the second select still on that unit, it's settled.
