Since map dday: judgement uses Wolverine as a skin since it is made, I notice that it isn't very detailed, so I wanted to make it better...
Here is the original skin made by Katana. I tried to contact Katana so h can give me permission to update it, but as you can see his last visit was in 2004.
As a screenshot I uploaded comparing picture, old with remaked wolverine. Katana did the whole skin and my job was tiny just to make it muscular and some details. Ofc it is still unfinished and I will work on it when I have free time. And also I know that skin still looks bad, but it's better than it was :D

version1.1 - recolored and more shading

Anyways, great job on the lighting. It really brings out the reality in the skin.

you've done a nice job of cleaning it up. If you're looking for suggestions on a few more mods to tighten him up completely... well I got a few -

- If the mask isn't part of a teamcoloured geoset you should try alpha out part around the base of the ears to give it a meaner look.

- Colour and detail the shoulder pads to mirror the ripple you have put on the gloves.

- Tighten up nose so when it's wrapped the yellow centre is smaller, giving the appearance of a thinner nose.

IT looks good tho so if you don't have time to go back and work on it then don't bother

I would suggest reducing the saturation of the colors. I know Wolverine's suit is very strongly colored, but it just doesn't fit into WarCraft like that. Also, if it's possible to alpha out the blue hair? I think it would be better without, or even better if it's possible to make ears out of it, but I doubt that.

Like said, it's better than the original, but I doubt there's much difference in-game. Keep it up.

this isn't for some new map. I did this because map DDay: Judgement (I'm a member of ddayteam) has hero wolverine since it is made (mode was founded in 2003, and wolverine is added in 2004). And I've noticed that this kin isn't so detailed so I remade it a little bit.

If you are interested DDay: Judgement has 82 heroes, from different universes, like Warcraft 3, comic's and game's characters [Wolverine, Hulk, Captain America, Cyrax, Alien, Kimahri, Nightmare etc...] and many more. :)

The saturation is fine. If he removes the saturation it just wont resemble Wolverine any more.

And no, he can not alpha out the hair.

Aye I know it won't resemble Wolverine rightfully, but it'd be better for WC3 with less saturation. Unless the map features an all-new theme of strong colours.

Yeh, I said I doubted it would work. ;)

I can't use this skin, because I have no Chaos Axe Thrower... and, Dawn of Chaos seems to be unavailable for downloading, which seems to be the only way to get this skin to work? :( Please help, I really wanted to use Wolverine for my project...

You should, it's a hidden model in the editor, Units\Demon\ChaosOrcRange\ChaosOrcRange.mdl put that into the model field.

I will keep it in mind for future reference, if I come across a skin necessary for it. ^^; Though, I'm currently just trying to find skins and models for my Batman RPG... plus my Marvel RPG, as is probably obvious since I wanted this skin to work. XD lol
