Actually, Lore-Wolf, it's because you didn't recalculate extents. You mirrored it in Vertex Modifier and it usually inverts the extents.

EDIT: you mean the skin is upside down?

Just open it in Vertex Modifier, select it all(CTRL+A), then go to Tools->Recalculate Normals
