Are there any channeling spells that can target a point ??

why your topic name is target an area and you ask for target a point?
If what you ask for is target an area here we have: Blizzard, Rain of Fire, Tornado, etc... and alot more there are
If what you ask for is targeting a point while channeling, i can suggest: Channel with some customization like Target Type, or Monsoon with point target and area circle too,.. etc..
