Changing token value

Hey im trying to change the token value of something for a tutorial which links me to a broken link but, when i try to edit token value, it only lets me do presets. Is there a way to insert a custom value?

Changing token value of what? An actor?

If it is on an actor: The token value of actors isn't presets. It is which unit the actor should act for.
